Core Shamanism are the practices used throughout history,
across continent, race and language, by all people seeking 
guidance and protection of Creator, Spirit, All that Is. 
Traditions of drumming and smudging, journeying in vision 
for guidance and healing, engaging with our relations in 
ceremony, singing and dancing our prayers are becoming 
a new way of life for many people. These skills and
traditions speak to us still, perhaps more now than ever, 
as we live so far removed from the natural life. They 
speak to everyone of Womyn born, who is warmed 
by the Sun, quenched by the Waters, held by
the Earth, and enlightened by the Moon.
